- Steve McAvoy and Top Seed has owned the USTA Pro Tennis Championships of Calabasas from 2002 until the present day. Steve and his staff runs this professional tournament with players from all over the world complete for ATP points as well as prize money.
- Developed and Owner, The Paseo Club, Valencia – Beginning in 2001 Steve designed, developed, raised the capital for a 12-court tennis and 12 Pickeball, health club, restaurant club in Santa Clara. Steve and Top Seed are the founders and one of the majority owners of the extremely successful Paseo Club.
- Lake Lindero Country Club – Steve has been managing the tennis facility since June 1st, 2021. He has implemented tennis clinics and their very popular summer camp programs.
- Costa Mesa Tennis Center – Steve and his partners Cameron and Carson Ball manage the 12 court tennis center and Pro Shop for the City of Costa Mesa.
