Carsten Ball has had an outstanding tennis career as a #1 Ranked Junior Player in the USA and as a Top 100 ATP Professional. He won matches at the Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon and US Open. At the LA Open Pro Tournament he made it to the finals, losing to Sam Querrey. Carsten has had a number of memorable wins on the ATP Tour, including Fernando Gonzales (former top 10), John Isner (former top 10 ATP and #1 in USA), Milos Raonic (former #3) & Robby Ginepri (former top 30).

Having retired from Pro Tennis Carsten has Coached for over 6 years. He was the Assistant Coach at Arizona State University and has Coached high ranked juniors and professional players including Max McKennon, Madison Brengle, Dustin Brown, Ryan Harrison and Tennys Sandgren, a top 50 ATP player. Now at the Costa Mesa Tennis Center Carsten works with all levels of adults and junior players. Besides being a great Tennis Player and Coach, Carsten is a partner of Top Seed – Costa Mesa Tennis Center with his brother Cameron and Steve McAvoy, President of Top Seed Tennis Academy, Inc.
